This project is part of AGA Studio’s approach as an architecture agency working in Morocco on hotel, tourism and structuring equipment projects on a national scale.

Project context

The 4-star hotel project located in Founty, Agadir, was developed as part of an architectural competition for the Mohammed VI Foundation for the Promotion of Social Works in Education and Training. It is a 205-room hotel complex designed to support the tourism development of Agadir, a major tourist destination in Morocco.

Architectural design and bias

The architectural proposal is based on a contemporary approach, combining clear volumes, functional efficiency, and adaptation to Agadir’s climate. The project emphasizes the management of natural light, solar protection, and the quality of spaces, in order to meet the standards of a 4-star hotel.

The architecture offers a clear and structured organization, aiming to provide a seamless user experience while ensuring optimal operational performance.

Organization of spaces

The project incorporates a comprehensive program structured around accommodation spaces, common areas, and service zones. The flow of people has been designed to ensure an effective separation between customer traffic and technical functions, thus guaranteeing the smooth operation of the establishment.

Urban integration in Agadir Founty

Located in the Founty district, a rapidly developing tourist hub in Agadir, the project is part of an urban revitalization initiative. The architecture integrates into its surroundings while asserting a contemporary identity adapted to the seaside context and the urban landscape of Agadir.
