This project is part of AGA Studio’s overall approach as an architecture firm operating in Rabat and more broadly throughout Morocco, on restaurant, hotel and commercial space projects.
The La Maison Fresh & Bio project, located in Hay Riad in Rabat, is a contemporary dining space comprising a restaurant, a cafe and a pastry shop. Entrusted to AGA Studio, this 680 m² project responds to a clear desire: to create a warm, functional space consistent with an identity focused on well-being, freshness and product quality.
The architectural approach was based on the creation of a fluid, legible and open space. The layout has been designed to maximize natural light and provide a pleasant experience from the moment you enter. The interior architecture complements the identity of the place by highlighting simple and sustainable materials, reinforcing the authentic and contemporary character of the project.
The program incorporates several distinct zones: dining room, cafe area, pastry shop and technical areas. The flow of movement has been optimized to ensure a natural continuity between spaces while respecting the functional requirements specific to catering establishments.
Located in the dynamic Hay Riad district, the project blends harmoniously into its urban environment. The restaurant’s architecture engages with the existing fabric while asserting a strong contemporary identity, in keeping with the urban setting of Rabat.
AGA Studio provided the architectural design, coordinated the stakeholders and monitored the work, ensuring the consistency of the project from the initial sketch to the final completion.
