Hôtel IMI BAY, Imesouane

Project context
The IMI BAY Hotel project, located in Imesouane, is a 750 m² hotel complex integrating a hotel, a restaurant, and a rooftop terrace. This project embodies a contemporary architectural approach closely linked to the natural coastal landscape.
Architectural Design
The design prioritizes open volumes and unobstructed views to enhance the site’s natural environment.
The architecture adopts a clean and contemporary style, promoting the project’s integration into its surroundings.
Space Organization
The spaces have been designed to offer a seamless and comfortable experience for users, from the accommodation areas to the dining and relaxation zones.
The rooftop is a central element of the project, providing a direct connection with the surrounding landscape.
AGA Studio’s Role
