Trained in France, Ismail Guedira worked at prestigious firms such as Jean-Paul Viguier & Associés and François Leclercq Architecture Urbanisme. His international expertise informs a rigorous, creative, and contemporary approach, applied to projects carried out in Rabat and throughout Morocco.
RITA ALAOUI
Associate Architect
Rabat-based architect Rita Alaoui has developed extensive experience in urban planning and project management, notably at the Rabat Urban Agency and the Zouaoui Architecture Studio. Her local roots and global vision ensure a thorough understanding of the specificities of Moroccan territories.

Kenitra Socio-Cultural Center
Located on a six-hectare site, the Kenitra Socio-Cultural Center embodies AGA Studio's commitment to designing unifying and inclusive public spaces. The project articulates several volumes around patios and green spaces, integrating a library, auditorium, workshops, and community spaces. It is a project reflecting a civic-minded architecture that is open to its surrounding community.
Imi Bay Hotel – Imessouane, Morocco
Located facing the Atlantic Ocean, the Imi Bay Hotel is a boutique hotel blending contemporary architecture with a Moroccan surf aesthetic. AGA Studio designed open, bright spaces connected to the landscape, favoring natural materials and cross ventilation. This project reflects the agency's sustainable and poetic philosophy, at the heart of an iconic Moroccan seaside location.
La Maison Fresh & Bio Restaurant – Rabat
Nestled in the Hay Riad district, La Maison Fresh & Bio is a café-restaurant designed as a warm and verdant living space. AGA Studio developed an architectural and interior concept combining wood, stone, and greenery to create an atmosphere that is both welcoming and contemporary. The project reflects a philosophy of urban conviviality and elegant simplicity.
