AGA STUDIO, a team of visionary architects, unveils its masterpiece: EY-TEEN, an exceptional project of 16 R+1 villas located in the commune of El Menzeh. Behind these walls, a bold reinterpretation of the contemporary villa takes shape, incorporating innovative criteria to redefine luxury and comfort in a natural setting.

The first crucial step in the design of EY-TEEN villas lies in a thoughtful layout. The architects carefully studied the land, taking into account the natural characteristics of the site in order to guarantee a harmonious integration of the residences into their environment. Each villa thus becomes a natural extension of the landscape, preserving the balance between nature and architecture.

EY-TEEN is part of an avant-garde ecological approach thanks to the self-production of energy. Our architects push traditional boundaries by creating self-sufficient homes, aligned with a sustainable and environmentally friendly vision. The project places sustainability at the heart of its design by focusing on renewable energies. Solar energy is used not only for electricity, but also for heating and domestic hot water production. This symbiosis between architect and nature demonstrates AGA STUDIO’s commitment to an eco-responsible lifestyle.
