After months of tireless effort and creative commitment, we are proud to present the exceptional result of our work on the redevelopment project of the Kenitra Sociocultural Center for Moroccans living abroad. Located on a spacious 6-hectare plot, this iconic project embodies our desire to create a space that goes beyond a simple architectural structure to become the reflection of a small, self-sufficient village.

Every detail of this center has been carefully considered and designed to meet the diverse needs of children from the expatriate community during the summer, as well as for small groups of adults outside of this period. The heart of this center is composed of dynamic and functional spaces including housing units, an administration, a clubhouse, a multipurpose room, workshops, and numerous leisure and sports areas.

The building’s architecture and surroundings are central to our design. The vast, carefully landscaped green spaces invite a holistic experience, encouraging residents to reconnect with nature and enjoy a calming environment.

The Sociocultural Center is a testament to our deep respect for Morocco’s cultural roots, while adopting a contemporary approach that ensures its long-term relevance. The buildings are arranged around a traditional Moroccan square adorned with an integrated fountain, creating a symbiosis between modern aesthetics and the authentic elements that make Moroccan culture so rich.

We are honored to have been the catalyst for this project, working closely with landscape architects and specialized design firms. This project goes beyond simple architectural plans to become a living symbol of cultural connectivity, innovation, and well-being for the Moroccan community living abroad.

We look forward to seeing this center transform into a vibrant meeting place and spiritual home for generations to come.
